Cassandra’s Story

Cassandra “Sevi” Segoviano is a writer, speaker, and faith-centered wellness advocate whose work explores the intersection of stewardship, health, and spiritual formation. She is the founder of Faith-Infused Wellness, a nonprofit ministry serving churches and families through reverence-based wellness education rooted in biblical truth.

For much of her professional life, Cassandra worked in technology and communications, helping local businesses navigate change in an increasingly digital world. Known affectionately as the “Tech Granny,” she built a career grounded in strategy, connection, and service. Yet it was through a season of caregiving—walking alongside her parents through Alzheimer’s and cancer—that her work took on a deeper and more personal calling.

During that season, Cassandra was caring for others while quietly confronting her own depletion—physically, spiritually, and emotionally. She witnessed firsthand how illness was often met with fragmented solutions, disconnected from the rhythms of nourishment, rest, community, and care God designed to sustain life. What emerged was not simply concern over health, but a deeper awakening: a recognition that reverence for the body, for creation, and for the responsibility adults carry toward children had been steadily eroded.

That realization reshaped how she understood wellness—not as intervention or trend, but as living with reverence for earth wellness, people wellness, and spiritual wellness—each inseparable within God’s divine design.

Guided by Scripture and lived experience, Cassandra’s work is grounded in the belief that wellness was never meant to be separated from faith. She writes and speaks about wholeness—not as perfection or rules to be followed, but as alignment with God’s design. Her perspective emphasizes reverence, the formation of children through discipleship, and obedience expressed through faithful stewardship of what God has entrusted.

Cassandra is certified in Health Coaching and is completing her Functional Nutrition training, pursued not as a commercial endeavor, but as a way to deepen her ability to serve others with integrity and compassion. Her writing reflects a commitment to thoughtful inquiry, humility, and the conviction that healing—biblically understood—is always about restoration from the inside out.

Cassandra’s approach is intentionally understated. A lifelong learner with a love for understanding how things work, she prefers the quiet task of solving problems through biblically grounded discernment. She believes truth does not need to be loud to be clear, and that meaningful change begins with listening, presence, and shared responsibility. Her work is not centered on personality, but on biblical truth lived out through community, the Church, and faithful stewardship.

For her, it comes down to something simple: small changes, multiplied by millions, matter.
